We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here is our return and refund policy.

7-Day Return Policy

You can return any unused, unopened toy in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like teething rings, pacifiers, and opened blind bags/mystery boxes cannot be returned.
